Why is it that the stereotype of young, newly formed, tech-savvy innovator is so strong? The average age of these guys in the US is 47, in Europe 45 and in Japan 39! Of course this varies according to the area of performance, location, and several other factors. There is even a "DEMOGRAPHICS OF INNOVATION" for anyone who wants to know how things really are.
